We feel that a “hands on” Management Team Building course based on the elements of our Standard 4wd Defensive Driving On and Off Road Training Courses is an essential part of assisting Management, Operations Supervisors and Line Managers understand more fully the needs and requirements of the Drivers under their control.

The minimum number attending these Courses would be six but they can be run with up to twelve Managers/Support Staff demonstrating the type of Training their Drivers are undertaking while at the same time bringing the Team Building element.

The Team Building would use your vehicles and be carried out on your sites and local terrain.

The usual Duration for these courses will be One to Two days to work in with your operational requirements.
