Heading up the Training Operations Team is Owner and Manager Paul Sinkinson.

Paul has spent much of the last 2 Years in North Africa working on courses developing Driver Training programmes for Projects with the HSE Transport Management of a Leading Gas/Oil Exploration Company, Logistics Company, Siesmic and Drilling Operators involving some 400 Trainees and this work will be on going through into 2010.

He has been involved with 4wd and Commercial Vehicle Transport for many years and particularly in the Off Road Driving field. His original involvement from the mid 1970's was in Boat Transport and Vehicle Recovery along with Light and Heavy Haulage Vehicles operating throughout the UK.

The 4wd Training and Adventures have been running in the UK and France since 1996.

He was, as a BORDA 2 Qualified 4wd Instructor, invited to become one of the first Landrover Experience Instructors at the LRE Centre in the North of England in 2002 taking a roll in assisting setting up the site as well as training LR Company Personnel, LR Dealership Staff and LR Clientele.

Whilst working with Landrover, he developed a Programme with them for training Less Able Bodied Drivers to drive off road.

In August 2009 he was instrumental in organising the LRE Adventure Day for "Help for Heroes" at their Centre at Eastnor Castle.

Since 2000 he also travelled to New Zealand on a regular basis to assist development with the Management of Peter Ritchie’s Natural Instincts, one of New Zealand’s leading 4wd Training Companies.

Our 4wd On Road Defensive Driver Training Programmes are available for Individuals, Staff of Commercial Operators and Organisations who require this knowledge and ability to enable them to work Safely in the more remote areas of the World.
